Ali Duggan

Part-Time Faculty / Community Arts MFA

Allison “Ali” Duggan has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of art, education, and grassroots organizing. She serves as Adjunct Faculty in 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s MFA in Community Arts program, mentoring graduate students in community-based residencies that center education, activism, and neighborhood partnerships. Her practice has included collaborations with the Walters Art Museum, Bea Gaddy Family Center, Baltimore United Viewfinders, and A Step Forward, leading public art, mural, and exhibition projects amplifying resident voice. A graduate of 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s MFA in Community Arts program, she continues to connect artists, residents, and institutions through participatory art-making and storytelling that advance equity and community sustainability.

As former Director of Community Grants at Fusion Partnerships, Duggan designed and managed the inFusion Community Grants Program, awarding 157 grants and channeling over $420,000 into East Baltimore neighborhoods. She founded the inFusion Film Fest and Arts Exhibition—produced across four events in partnership with MAXgallery and the Lyric Baltimore—which showcased more than 150 local artists and videographers and drew over 1,100 attendees. She also received the PNC Transformative Art Prize for her mural work with A Step Forward.
